Heritage Consultancy
Our Heritage Consultancy includes heritage values analysis, conservation management plans, heritage impact assessments and the conservation and repair to historic and traditional buildings. We also liaise with Conservation Officers and make listed and scheduled monument consent applications.
Management
Our Business Consultancy applies to individual businesses and organisations as well as well as sector and industry wide projects. Our services include wide ranging research and solution development. Examples include competency analysis, development of certification schemes, quality and management system analysis and development of policies, structures and processes.
Building Consultancy
Our Building Consultancy includes surveys, inspections, building pathology, dampness and moisture investigations. The design and development of projects concerning existing buildings along with project monitoring and supervision. We also provide consultancy in facilities and estate management.
Energy Consultancy
Our Energy Consultancy service is primarily about making buildings more energy efficient through retrofitting, management and use and other means. This is either singularly small and large buildings and property portfolios. Whilst there is a focus on standard energy performance criteria, we also practice an holistic approach.
