Edwards Hart have been working on this project for a number of years. We did the initial assessment of the building which included its condition and its heritage values, plus initially developing outline proposals. We have helped to steer this project to a stage whereby consent applications have been made, all in accordance with BS EN 16883: 2017: Guidelines for improving the energy performance of historic buildings. Working with the team, a project comprising both fabric improvements and the use of renewable energy technologies has been developed, plus reconfiguring the layout of 32 apartments. We are so pleased to be working with an excellent team in developing this exemplar project, and looking forward to its implementation.
