Training will be delivered in England, Scotland and Wales by Edwards Hart Director John Edwards in new standards for inspection, conversion and maintenance of older buildings. This training course was developed by John Edwards for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to upskill surveyors and others in the construction and property industry.  The seminar series provides updates on the latest developments with changes to building regulations, standards and methods for conversions and energy efficiency retrofit.  It will include managing risks to the sustainability of a building and the health of occupants.
