Our first 2015 course on dampness in buildings takes in Manchester on the 28th of January. This will include many of our case studies where we have trouble-shooted problems for clients with complicated dampness problems. This includes a property which has had two chemical damp proof course in 15 years, but still has damp, problems created after flooding and a building conversion that has created dampness problems. All these are real but anonymous case studies. The course will include many other case studies as well as going back to the basics on how to understand a dampness problem, how to properly come up with remedial measures and the optimum way of procuring works in the least risky way. The course is led by Edwards Hart Director John Edwards, a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Environmentalist and Building Pathologist.
