The Green Wheel retrofit guidance tool is taking centre stage in sustainability training developed by Edwards Hart Director John Edwards for the RICS and being delivered across the UK during November and December 2014. The tool has been developed by the Sustainable Traditional Buildings Alliance and takes a risk assessment approach to energy efficiency retrofit.
