This multi storey listed office building dates to 1900 and is situated in the historic Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff Bay. It stands facing the entrance to the Coal Exchange building where the first £1 million cheque was signed. Edwards Hart are conducting a condition survey, heritage analysis and a feasibility on adaptation.
